Njem means “journey” in Igbo, it is reflective of a culture in Nigeria and across the continent where travel is very often undertaken as a clan; where lodging is usually found with distant relatives and family friends.
Where hospitality, comfort, connection and safety are at the center of every step of the journey. It is with that same spirit we founded this company and built this platform. Our founding team is a group of West Africans that love to see the world. With our combined skills in product strategy, product design, marketing and finance we have started this journey to make travel frictionless, social and more safe.
It is our expressed goal to provide users with the most convenient and safe end-to-end travel experience. Njem will be a first-of-its-kind OTA (online travel agency) that addresses a traveler's needs before, during, and after a journey. Our features will focus on specific product realms.
